I am not a good leader. I have a tendency to be disappointed by the work of my groupmates and I end up taking matters into my own hands. I end up doing all the work myself and I just let them add the finishing touches. I would rather become a member than be a leader. Everything becomes harder for the group because of my poor leadership skills.

In order to become a good leader, I have to change the way I do things. I have to let my members share their ideas more so that the group will function better. I should find a way to make it easier for my members to work with me. I should also divide the work equally so that I won't end up doing most of it. All of these things will help me to improve the way I lead a group.
