Not being the best in the soccer varsity can be frustrating at times because your better teammates get all the glory. There will be times where your efforts will go unrecognized just because you did not win, while the players on your first team will get all the posters. Your classmates will cheer for them more often. You practice just as hard as them, but they get all the fame and the support. When you finally get recognized, you will probably feel bad because they've received many more awards than you. This can sometimes drive you insane.
However, you can also use this fact as your inspiration. This can be your inspiration because if you work hard enough, you'll join them and get the same amount of recognition. Though not being the best can be frustrating, just get through every day while working hard and you'll get better. This can give you a chance to surprise your critics and prove them wrong. Accept the fact that you are not the best, and use it to improve.
