My Family, A Treasure to Keep

My parents would usually go home, eat and spend their time watching television then sleep. They seldom spend their time with me and my brother because of their work. Now that my father retired from his work, he can rest and have time for me and my older brother. My family has encountered many problems, we even think of giving up but we still fight and resolve the problem together. I understand why my parents even my older brother become strict when it comes to me. when my father gets mad I just listen and not taking it seriously. I feel guilty, doing those bad things made my family worried, even my brother who encountered these experiences in his high school life.
I have to gain their trust, even if it is hard but I have to. I need to be aware of my actions and be on time. Appreciate my brother's composition and his taste of music. My mother's reminder about the dress code and my father's strict curfew. They did it so that I will learn and be independent, to have a better future. After all these years that me and my family shared, I cannot forget those memorable moments. They are a gift from God, a treasure to keep.
