Why do Drugs?

Why do people do drugs? Or is it always bad to take druds? There are several reasons as to why people do drugs, depending on what kind of drugs you are talking about. If its drugs like painkillers then its obvious they just dont want to feel pain, but if its drugs like weed and anything else that is toxic to your body and kills braincells, then its basically to give the person a temporary moment of happiness, they use it as an escape from their reality, from their problems, its a way for them to relax instead of being stressed all the time. People who use illlegal druds mostly have problemds especially i their family.
