Being prepared for a long test or any quizzes can relieve some of your jitters and can make test taking a lot easier. I start off taking good notes in class and keep up with assignments, so I don’t have to learn material at the last minute. Just writing down the notes helps me remember the information. Then I make a study schedule and the hardest part into it is sticking to it. I don’t watch TV or listen to distracting music while studying. It would also be best to start reviewing early if you can and don’t wait until the night before the test. During those points, go over the headings, summaries, and questions in each chapter to review points. Read also your notes and highlight the most important topics. Taking study breaks is also good so you can concentrate and stay alert. Finally, get a good night’s sleep and eat a good breakfast before the test.
